  It is a collection of data, normally in tabulated form, which can be used for creating services of interest to the general public.

• What is open data?

  These data can be used, re-used and redistributed freely by anyone and for any purpose.

• What are metadata?

  These data describe other data; in other words, they describe the content of their files or provide information on them.

• Are the data provided updated?

  Yes, according to the date of the last update specified in the details tab for each dataset. If you think that any particular dataset has not been duly updated, please let us know through the CONTACT section.

• Who can use the information available?

  Anyone may use, re-use and redistribute the information. There should not be any discrimination whatsoever in terms of effort, individuals or groups.

• Who is entitled to re-use the data?

  Any private person or legal entity that re-uses public-sector information for commercial or non-commercial purposes. 

• Can I re-use the data provided?

  Yes, provided that you observe the conditions of use specified. This use may be both personal and commercial or non-commercial.

• Are there any restrictions on the use of the data available?

  The data are governed by open ownership licences that allow them to be used, re-used and redistributed for commercial purposes. Nonetheless, please read the specific licence for each dataset.

• Why are the same datasets available in different formats?

  Different formats are used so that the same data can be redistributed for re-use through sundry programs and tools, depending on who is re-using the data and the recipient.

• What should I do if I encounter problems downloading the catalogue?
