There are errors related to context switches when receiving focus or inputs [requirements number 9.3.2.1, 9.3.2.2.2 of UNE-EN 301549:2022].
    There are forms where the purpose of the entry is not identified, where errors are not adequately identified, or where labels or instructions are not adequately provided in relation to the handling of personal data [requirements number 9.1.3.5, 9.3.3.3.1, and 9.3.3.2 of UNE-EN 301549:2022]. There are status messages that are not announced to users of support products [requirement number 9.4.1.3 Status messages of UNE-EN 301549:2022].
    There are errors related to accessibility and user preference services in non-web software [requirement number 11.7 of UNE-EN 301549:2022]. There are office files that do not fully comply with all accessibility requirements.

    We currently have a review team in place to rectify these errors.

Application procedure

If, once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the interested party does not agree with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, the interested party may initiate a complaint. A complaint may also be lodged if the period of twenty working days has elapsed without a reply having been received.

Complaints will be received and processed by the Administrative Information and Documentation Service.

  • The complaint may be submitted through the complaints and suggestions procedure regarding the operation of the public services managed by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, as well as the other options set out in Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure for Public Administrations.
